About
Kept by hand, one season at a time
Malak's Honey began with a few hives at the edge of the family's orange grove. The bees work the blossom in spring; the clover fields come later in the year.
Everything is harvested, settled and jarred by hand. There's no factory and no middleman — which is why there's only ever as much honey as the season gives.
